Laura BRETAN is an American-Romanian singer born in Chicago on April, 7th 2002
Encouraged by her mother. Laura started singing in church when she was 4 years old and started to participate in – and win – many singing competitions. At the same time, she started to study the piano.
Winner of “Romania’s Got Talent” in June of 2016, she dedicated her performances to the beloved grandfather she lost in January of that year.
The same year, from a pool of more than 100,000 applicants, Laura qualified as a finalist of “America’s Got Talent”. During Laura’s televised audition performance, she earned the “Golden Buzzer” from the former Spice Girl Mel B, which sent her straight to the “America’s Got Talent” live shows.
Since that time, Laura become a media sensation. NBC, CBC, Windy City Live, WGN and WCIU are among the TV stations that invited and interviewed Laura. She was featured in Today’s Show articles, People Magazine, CNN, NBC online, the Chicago Tribune and many other media.
Laura performs around the world. Just a few highlights:
Laura performed many times with DAVID FOSTER, who said that he had never heard such a powerful voice from someone so young and that everybody will know her name!
Laura performed the National Anthem for the White Sox and Chicago Bulls on several occasions and has been invited through out the US to sing the anthem, which she considers the highest honour! She also performed in various occasions the National Anthem of Romania like Romanian Embassy from Washington, the European Parliament etc.
Laura performed in duet with many famous international artists like JOSE CARRERAS, MICHAEL BOLTON, TUTO CUTUGNO, THE TENORS, IL VOLO, MATEO BOCELLI, RICCIHI E POVERI, ETHAN BORTNICK and in a line up with Jay Leno, Trisha Yearwood and Steve Tyler.
Laura has even appeared in a film, “An Aria for Albrights” where she played the character of Anne, the lead role. The movie premiered at the Louisiana Film Festival.
In the last five years Laura travelled all over the world, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Switzerland, U.K., Romania, Israel etc. and now she is happy to come to perform for the first time in Canada, at MONTREAL, in a concert on the 25th of February 2023 at the beautiful concert hall of Vanier College.

1. Veuillez vous présenter minimum 30 minutes avant l’heure de commencement du spectacle
2. Les enfants mineurs doivent obligatoirement être accompagnés par un adulte
3. Une fois achetés, le cout des billets ne sont pas remboursables SAUF si l’organisateur annule l’événement pour d’autres raisons que FORCE MAJEURE. Le remboursement sera effectué dans Maximum 30 jours ouvrables de la date de la demande de remboursement de la part de l’acheteur. Le remboursement sera effectué par le même moyen que l’achat de billets a été effectué. La demande de remboursement doit être faite par écrit (e-mail tickets@klubevents.com) par la personne qui a effectué le payement. Nous ne traiton s aucune demande effectué par d’autres moyens que e-mail (sms, watsup, messenger, Facebook, etc). Pour bénéficier du remboursement vous devez fournir la preuve d’achat de billets en pièce jointe à la demande de remboursement.
4. En cas d’annulation ou report du spectacle par des raisons de FORCE MAJEURE ou des raisons indépendantes de la volonté de l’organisateur, vous recevrez des billets gratuits pour ce spectacle à une autre date ou des billets équivalents à un autre événement, ou le remboursement du coût des billets, ou tout autre moyen de compensation selon l’entente entre l’Organisateur et l’Acheteur.
5. En cas d’annulation de l’événement, PEU IMPORTE la cause, vous avez également l’option de bénéficier de crédits pour des sièges et coûts équivalents à un événement futur.
6. Si l’événement est reprogrammé à une date ultérieure vous pouvez utiliser les billets à la nouvelle date. Si vous ne pouvez pas vous présenter à la nouvelle date, nous allons vous rembourser le coût des billets.
7. L’Organisateur peut changer la location de l’événement, et dans cette situation l’acheteur ne peut pas demander un remboursement, sauf si la nouvelle location est située à plus de 50 km de l’endroit initial.
8. L’Organisateur peut apporter des ajustements à la programmation artistique et peut remplacer des artistes avec d’autres à un niveau similaire et dans cette situation l’acheteur ne peut pas demander un remboursement SAUF si les ajustements sont d’ordre majeur (par exemple remplacer la tête d’affiche)
9. La revente de billets par l’acheteur est interdite, sauf avec l’approbation préalable de l’Organisateur
10. Si l’acheteur n’est pas en mesure de se présenter à l’événement, le coût des billets n’est PAS REMBOURSABLE, peu importe la cause pour laquelle l’acheteur ne s’est pas présenter à l’événement. Dans cette situation, l’acheteur pourrait transférer son billet à une autre personne. l’Organisateur n’est pas tenu de satisfaire la demande de l’acheteur. Ces demandes sont assujetties à l’approbation de l’Organisateur suite aux vérifications de l’identité de la personne à laquelle le(les) billet(s) est (sont) transféré (s) et suite à votre confirmation écrite (envoyer un courriel électronique à klubevent123@gmail.com ). Si votre demande est approuvée, des frais administratifs de 7.5$ par billet s’appliquent.
11. Changement de siège. Si l’acheteur désire changer le siège initialement réservé, l’Organisateur n’est pas tenu de satisfaire la demande de l’acheteur. Ces demandes sont assujetties à l’approbation de l’Organisateur suite aux vérifications de l’identité de la personne à laquelle le(les) billet(s) est (sont) transféré (s) et suite à votre confirmation écrite (envoyer un courriel électronique à klubevent123@gmail.com ). Si votre demande est approuvée, des frais administratifs de 7.5$ par billet s’appliquent.
12. L’admission dans la salle de spectacle est conditionnelle par la présentation du billet d’accès qui vous sera remis le jour du spectacle sur la base de votre preuve de réservation reçue par courriel électronique. Le Organisateur n’est pas responsable des éventuels défauts ou fautes de l’acheteur reliés à l’exploitation de la plateforme de vente des billets en ligne, pour toute question concernant les problèmes techniques, veuillez contacter tickets@klubevents.com
13. Prix des billets.L’organisateur peut ajuster le prix de billets sans préavis. Le coût d’achat est celui affiché sur le website au moment de l’achat.
14. Livraison Les produits de la boutique en ligne sont livrés seulement en ligne par courriel électronique. La réception de la confirmation de vos billets se fait par courriel électronique en tout temps, il vous suffit d’imprimer votre confirmation électronique ou la présenter en format digital et de la présenter au moment du spectacle. Vous recevrez le billet d’accès à la billetterie, le jour du spectacle.
15. Confirmation de commande Lorsque votre commande a été confirmée et que votre paiement a été complété, vous recevrez une page de confirmation et/ou un courriel indiquant un numéro de confirmation. Vous devez conserver votre numéro de confirmation. Si, pour quelque raison que ce soit, vous ne recevez pas de numéro de confirmation, ou si vous recevez un message d’erreur ou encore, qu’il y a une interruption de service, l’entière responsabilité vous incombe de communiquer avec nous afin de confirmer si votre commande a été dûment traitée. Vous êtes entièrement responsable de tout problème occasionné par toute erreur de frappe ou de manipulation du système durant le processus d’achat de billets. Dans un tel cas, les Organisateurs du spectaclene seront pas tenus responsables de toute perte (pécuniaire ou autre) qui pourrait résulter de tout problème occasionné par votre erreur ou manipulation au moment de l’achat de billets par l’entremise de ce site Web, y compris sans s’y restreindre, le fait qu’une transaction n’ait pas été complétée ou confirmée.

LES BILLETS ET PRODUITS DE LA BOUTIQUE EN LIGNE NE SERONT NI REMBOURSÉS NI ÉCHANGÉS.
19. Retardataires Le spectacle commence à l’heure fixée. Les retardataires ne seront pas admis que lors d’un moment opportun au cours du spectacle.
20. Droit d’annuler un billet, de refuser l’accès et d’expulser L’Organisateur se réserve le droit d’annuler tout billet ou toute commande de billets achetés par l’entremise de ce site Web ou d’autres moyens d’achat et d’intenter des procédures administratives ou judiciaires (si la situation l’impose) contre vous si vous ne respectez pas les modalités de la présente POLITIQUE DE RÉSERVATION ET D’UTILISATION
21. Le Organisateur se réserve le droit d’exiger une pièce d’identité avec photo du détenteur de billet.
22. Droit d’expulsion. Advenant le cas où un spectateur est considéré incontrôlable, démontre un comportement inapproprié ou est en défaut de se conformer aux règlements, le Organisateur se réserve le droit, sans aucun remboursement ni indemnité, de mettre fin au droit de telle personne d’assister au spectacle et si la situation l’impose, de faire appel aux autorités d’ordre publique.
23. Enregistrement, transmission et publication. Les caméras, les magnétophones et les appareils d’enregistrement vidéo incorporés ou non dans des téléphones cellulaires, ainsi que leur utilisation, sont strictement interdits sur les lieux du spectacle sans l’accord de l’Organisateur.
24. Par les présentes, vous donnez au Organisateurle droit d’utiliser votre image, votre ressemblance, vos actes et vos déclarations dans toute transmission, publication ou reproduction du spectacle, de quelque manière que ce soit et quelles que soient les circonstances, sans autre permission ni indemnisation.
25. Politique de confidentialité Utilisation de vos renseignements personnels et sans en limiter la généralité, vous consentez expressément, en achetant des billets par l’entremise du présent site Web, à ce que les renseignements personnels que vous nous fournissez puissent être utilisés par le Organisateur  ou par les sociétés de son groupe et autres entités liées, ainsi que par ses commanditaires, fournisseurs, distributeurs, vendeurs, représentants et toutes personnes autorisées d’agir pour et au nom de l’Organisateur pour ajouter votre nom à sa ou à leur liste de distribution, pour vous soumettre des offres et pour d’autres fins promotionnelles et de marketing. This RESERVATION AND USE POLICY represents a contract between the organizer and the Ticket Buyer. By using our website, you expressly accept this RESERVATION AND USE POLICY. Please read the RESERVATION AND USE POLICY carefully before proceeding with ticket reservation and payment.

If you do not agree to the RESERVATION AND USE POLICY, please do not reserve tickets, do not make payment, please refrain from using this website and exit it.

1. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start time of the show
2. Minor children must be accompanied by an adult
3. Once purchased, the cost of tickets are non-refundable UNLESS the organizer cancels the event for reasons other than FORCE MAJEURE. The refund will be made within Maximum 30 working days from the date of the refund request from the buyer. The refund will be made by the same means as the ticket purchase was made. The refund request must be made in writing (e-mail tickets@klubevents.com) by the person who made the payment. We do not process any request made by means other than e-mail (sms, watsup, messenger, Facebook, etc.). To benefit from the reimbursement, you must provide proof of ticket purchase as an attachment to the reimbursement request.
4. In case of cancellation or postponement of the show for reasons of FORCE MAJEURE or reasons beyond the control of the organizer, you will receive free tickets for this show on another date or equivalent tickets for another event, or the reimbursement of the cost of the tickets, or any other means of compensation according to the agreement between the Organizer and the Buyer.
5. In the event of the event being cancelled, REGARDLESS of the cause, you also have the option of receiving credits for seats and equivalent costs at a future event.
6. If the event is rescheduled for a later date you can use the tickets on the new date. If you cannot make it to the new date, we will refund the cost of the tickets.
7. The Organizer may change the location of the event, and in this situation the buyer cannot request a refund, unless the new location is located more than 50 km from the initial location.
8. The Organizer may make adjustments to the artistic programming and may replace artists with others at a similar level and in this situation the buyer cannot request a refund UNLESS the adjustments are of a major nature (for example replace headliner)
9. The resale of tickets by the buyer is prohibited, except with the prior approval of the Organizer
10. If the buyer is unable to attend the event, the cost of the tickets is NON-REFUNDABLE, regardless of the reason why the buyer did not attend the event. In this situation, the buyer could transfer his ticket to another person. the Organizer is not obliged to satisfy the buyer's request. These requests are subject to the Organizer's approval following verification of the identity of the person to whom the ticket(s) is (are) transferred and following your written confirmation (send an email email to klubevent123@gmail.com). If your request is approved, an administrative fee of $7.5 per ticket applies. 11. Change of seat. If the purchaser wishes to change the seat initially reserved, the Organizer is not obliged to satisfy the purchaser's request. These requests are subject to the Organizer's approval following verification of the identity of the person to whom the ticket(s) is (are) transferred and following your written confirmation (send an email email to klubevent123@gmail.com). If your request is approved, an administrative fee of $7.5 per ticket applies.
11. Admission to the performance hall is conditional upon presentation of the access ticket which will be given to you on the day of the performance on the basis of your proof of reservation received by e-mail. The Organizer is not responsible for any defects or faults of the buyer related to the operation of the online ticket sales platform, for any questions regarding technical problems, please contact tickets@klubevents.com
12. Ticket prices. The organizer may adjust the price of tickets without notice. The purchase cost is the one displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
13. Delivery The products of the online store are only delivered online by e-mail. The receipt of the confirmation of your tickets is done by electronic mail at all times, you just have to print your electronic confirmation or present it in digital format and present it at the time of the show. You will receive the access ticket at the box office on the day of the show.
14. Order Confirmation When your order has been confirmed and your payment has been completed, you will receive a confirmation page and/or an email indicating a confirmation number. You must keep your confirmation number. 15. Obligation to Pay you agree to pay the full price of online tickets ordered, including all taxes and all delivery charges, service charges and all other applicable costs.

18. Latecomers The show starts at the appointed time. Latecomers will only be admitted at a convenient time during the show.

Right to cancel a ticket, refuse access and expel The Organizer reserves the right to cancel any ticket or order for tickets purchased through this website or other means of purchase and to initiate administrative or legal proceedings (if the situation so requires) against you if you do not comply with the terms of this RESERVATION AND USE POLICY
20. The Organizer reserves the right to require a photo ID from the ticket holder.
21. Right to evict. In the event that a spectator is considered uncontrollable, demonstrates inappropriate behaviour or fails to comply with the rules, the Organizer reserves the right, without any reimbursement or compensation, to terminate the right of such person to attend the show. and if the situation requires it, to appeal to the authorities of public order.

ANY CLAIM OR SUITE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR PURCHASE OF TICKET(S) OR PRODUCT FROM THE ONLINE STORE, THE USE OF THE ORGANIZER'S WEBSITE OR ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS, MUST BE FILED AT DURING THE FIRST (1ST) YEAR FOLLOWING THE DATE ON WHICH SUCH CLAIM OR SUBJECT SUITE ARISED. IN SOME CASES, APPLICABLE LAW MAY NOT ALLOW THE ABOVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, IN WHICH CASE THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY WILL NOT APPLY IN SUCH PARTICULAR CASES. Any condition, provision or article of the RESERVATION AND USE POLICY deemed invalid or unenforceable, will be deemed to be replaced by a condition, provision or article as identical as possible, legal, valid and enforceable to form an integral part of the POLICY OF RESERVATION AND USE.

Applicable Laws Subject to a provision to the contrary provided in a law applicable to this RESERVATION AND USE POLICY the parties hereby agree that this RESERVATION AND USE POLICY shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the province of Quebec, as well as the applicable laws of Canada, without taking into account principles of conflict of laws. In addition, the parties choose to submit any dispute or proceeding arising from or relating to this RESERVATION AND USE POLICY to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the province of Quebec, without prejudice, however, to the rights of The Organizer to obtain any precautionary measure, such as an injunction from any court of competent jurisdiction.
